“war is over” is about how we must put a stop to measuring a woman’s value by her position in society, her physical appearance, and her abilities including child-bearing and child-raising
anetchka painted this when she was 13 years old as one of her entries in "Bloom 2023"–an art exhibit on womanhood, featuring young budding female artists, held last March 2023 in celebration of Women's Month.
anetchka loved the performing arts more than the visual arts as a young child. but having grown up in a family that breathed creativity and the arts, drawing, painting, paper crafts, and jewelry-making are all part of her daily life. she participated in the 2022 Ortigas Art Festival as a student of The Learning Tree Child Growth Center. now 14, anetchka loves cats, flowers and kpop. she enjoys using oil pastels; and reading and writing romance and mystery stories.
